irTrunk has acquired Lumina CloudInfra , adding five campuses across Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad, approximately 600MW of planned capacity and up to US$5 billion of development value. The deal follows the 13 March 2026 opening of AirTrunk's new Singapore regional headquarters, bringing the platform to 3.3GW+ across 20 campuses in six markets.
